With our sustainable organic cuisine we want to reach as many people as possible, thus we have developed different restaurant concepts. All our raw materials are always 100% organic quality, mainly according to the demeter and Bioland growing classes. Regionality and seasonality are also top priorities for us. In particular, we focus on creative, innovative vegetarian cuisine. From simple, native organic cuisine to organic cuisine at star level, we offer a wide range of dishes for everyone at our locations.

Today we serve you creative seasonal cuisine, dishes like in grandma’s time. Fine trout specialties and innovative vegetarian and vegan dishes are freshly cooked for you. For the little explorers we also have a menu with dishes appropriate for children.
